The terms governing shop purchases and tattoo appointment bookings made through this site, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Act 3/2014 on consumer protection.
1. Who is selling
The seller is [pendiente de alta fiscal], tax ID [pendiente de alta fiscal], address [pendiente de alta fiscal]. You can reach us at info@victorchil.com. Full details are in the Legal notice.
2. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Shipping is calculated and shown before you confirm the order, so you never pay an amount you have not seen first.
The site lets you view prices in other currencies, but that conversion is indicative only: payment is always taken in euros. Your bank will apply its own exchange rate and, where applicable, its own fee, over which we have no control and no advance information.
Shipments outside the European Union: the sale is made without Spanish VAT, as an export, but when the parcel arrives your country's customs may charge you import duties and taxes. That cost falls on the recipient and is included neither in the price nor in the shipping charge.
3. How the purchase is completed
- You add products to the basket and review the total, shipping included.
- You enter your address and pay through Stripe's secure gateway. We never see or store your card details.
- You receive a confirmation email with the order details. That email is your proof of contract.
We accept card and PayPal payments. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. If an item sells out between your order and its preparation, we will tell you and refund the corresponding amount.
4. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products carry a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a product does not match what was agreed, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced and, where neither is possible, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract.
To claim, write to info@victorchil.com quoting your order number and the problem, with photographs if possible. For the first two years, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal (shop)
You have fourteen calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason and without penalty. Just tell us in writing at info@victorchil.com before the deadline; you may use the form reproduced below, though you are not obliged to.
Once you have told us, you have a further fourteen days to return the goods. We will refund everything you paid, including the standard outbound shipping, no later than fourteen days after we receive the return or proof that you have sent it, using the same payment method you used.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We tell you here, before you buy, exactly as the law requires. Goods must come back in a condition that allows resale: you may try them on as you would in a shop, but not use them.
There is no right of withdrawal for personalised goods or goods made to your specifications, nor for goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Withdrawal form
You can copy this text and email it to us. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
- To [pendiente de alta fiscal] — info@victorchil.com
- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: ______
- Order number: ______
- Received on: ______
- Name of consumer: ______
- Address of consumer: ______
- Date: ______
7. Appointment booking and deposit
When you request an appointment you choose a specific slot in the calendar, on a set date and at a set time. The request is not confirmed until the artist accepts it and you pay the deposit. The deposit is a payment on account: it is deducted from the final price of the tattoo on the day of the session.
The deposit reserves that date and time exclusively and blocks the slot for anyone else. For that reason, and under article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which excludes from the right of withdrawal services contracted for a specific date or period of performance, the deposit is non-refundable.
That said, you do not lose it: if you need to change the date and tell us at least seven days in advance, we move the deposit to a new appointment. This transfer can be done once. If you do not attend, or you tell us less than seven days beforehand, the deposit is retained by the studio, because by then the slot can no longer be offered to anyone else.
If the artist cancels or changes the appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full or moved to a date you agree together, whichever you prefer.
Before the session you must sign an informed consent form and answer a short health questionnaire. If on the day something arises that makes tattooing inadvisable, the session will be postponed and the deposit kept for the new date.
8. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send any complaint to info@victorchil.com. We undertake to reply within one month at most.
If you are not satisfied, you may turn to the Spanish consumer arbitration boards or to an accredited alternative dispute resolution body. If you are buying from another European Union country, the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) can help you free of charge.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you always keep the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the European Union country where you live.
