This site offers two services: the sale of merchandise with international shipping, and the booking of tattoo appointments against the artist's availability calendar.

Using the site makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Purchases and bookings are also governed by the Terms and conditions.

The designs, illustrations, photographs, texts and other content on this site belong to Victor Chil or are used with their authors' permission. Reproducing, distributing or altering them without express written consent is prohibited.

In particular, the tattoo designs shown in the gallery are original works protected by copyright. Using them to have the same tattoo reproduced at another studio is not authorised.

The owner is not liable for the use users make of the site's content, nor for damage arising from service interruptions beyond their control. Any error or outdated content will be corrected as soon as the owner becomes aware of it.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. The owner does not control that content and accepts no responsibility for it.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer legislation determines otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
